Important Notice:

During  the current phase of reopening by Public Health Order/Dr. Bonnie Henry, we continue to provide care to our patients (existing and new).

Your health remains the utmost importance to us so while restrictions are loosening in shops and other businesses, we continue to implement safety measures to keep everyone (Dr. Robbins, Staff and patients)  as safe as possible.

 

So regardless of your vaccination status, please (just a little while longer) ensure you are adhering to the following safety protocols necessary for our clinic: 

How YOU  help:

  • ALL patients MUST complete the self - assessment before they personally come to the clinic.  This self - assessment is sent to 2-4 hours before EVERY appointment.

  • ALL patients MUST wear a mask.  Please bring one with you to the clinic as they are in very short supply.  If you forget one, one can be provided for you however, please plan ahead for your next visit.

  • ALL patients must socially distance

  • Please do not arrive early (or late) for your appointment.  If you are arrive early, please wait in your vehicle until a few moments before your actual appointment time.

  • wash your hands upon arriving to the clinic

  • limit office visits to patients only 

  • pay by e-Transfer (preferred method)

  • pay by debit or credit.  Sorry, no cash or cheques.

  • all services by appointment only - NO WALK IN APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE. SORRY.

  • do NOT wear gloves

  • please reschedule your appointment if:

    • you are sick or have any COVID19 symptoms including fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, muscle aches or headache

    • if you travelled in the last 14 days

    • if you came in contact with a person with symptoms of COVID19 in the last 14 days

    • you have come in contact with a person who has tested positive for COVID19 in the last 14 days

How we will help:

  • pre-screen patients prior to making an appointment.  

  • offer a non-contact form of payment - e-Transfer

  • reduce contact by emailing all receipts or paperwork

  • continue vigorous pre and post treatment disnfecting protocols

  • continue to offer adequate hand washing facilitates

  • remove unnecesary items and offering such as magazines, toys, and water

  • continue to assess any ongoing risk and consider further levels of protection , as needed.
